Accomodation

We have one gite to let out on a weekly basis, with information below. For our ‘open weekends’, you would stay in the main house. ( We no longer do Bed and Breakfast.) If you would like to join one of these weekends, please look for the different rooms under the ‘open weekend’ section.

Gite

The gite is the oldest part of the main building, from the 17 century. It must have been a cottage, to which more cottages were added, before the final flourish in 1826 with the front of the house. The gite has its own entrance, and own garden area ( not fenced off but part of the gardens ). It has two spacious bedrooms with beds of 160cm x 200 cms, The first bedroom has a single extra bed, and has views over the romantic north courtyard, The second bedroom has an extra childrens four poster bed and has views over the south courtyard and the fields. Upstairs is a shared bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with kitchenette ( dishwasher, cooker, fridge ) and a guest loo with washing machine. There is an outside shaded living area with a long dining table for hot days. There is a pergola with table for dining under the stars. There is a barbeque. It has to be said that we prefer not to take children under 6 because of the dangers of the farmyard, and the stream and canal nearby.
